Client Services Representative
The Client Services Representative will work alongside the support team to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service. The CSR will project a professional company image through phone interaction with veterinarians and their staff, animal owners, laboratory administrators and their staff, and state veterinarians.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming customer and technical support inquiries
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and support to customers
- Update customer billing and account information
- Maintain a record of customer support inquiries
- Update help files
- Conduct WebEx training sessions
- Update web home page
- Participate in evaluation team
- Lead and participate in application and software testing
- Log bugs and feature requests
- Prepare newsletter articles (tips and FAQs)
