   • When creating an IHC for a country requiring a wet-ink USDA endorsement, a new "Shipping" step will appear in your GVL workflow, enabling you to generate your FedEx label within the workflow. If you prefer to use an external system, you can skip this step.
2. Select a Shipping Address
   • Choose the return address for your wet-ink USDA-endorsed IHC. Options include the owner's address (as listed on the IHC), your veterinary clinic's address, or an alternative address. The selected address will be the return location on your FedEx label.
3. Automatic Label Attachment & Submission
   • When using the VEHCS Submission Generator, your generated FedEx return shipping label is automatically uploaded to your VEHCS account along with your IHC and supporting documents. If you opt for the "Mail-In" submission, you can still generate the label within GVL, print it, and include it with your physical documents when mailing to the USDA.
