Ames, IA – January 21, 2013 — GlobalVetLINK (GVL®) is excited to introduce an electronic six-month equine passport health certificate that may be a substitute for the existing paper-based, 30 day electronic Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (eCVI) health certificate for the state of New York.
