by | Apr 12, 2019 | Blog, Featured | 0 comments

As part of the GVL blog, we’re featuring our employees so you can get an inside view into what keeps GVL running. We are very proud of our team and excited to share some of our employee profiles with you.

Today we’re featuring GVL Client Development Representative Connie Conis.

Connie began her career at GVL over two years ago as a Customer Success Representative. She is now a Client Development Representative, responsible for customer outreach and training in order to help GVL users fully understand the software platform and all of the features available to them.

Get to know Connie better:

“There isn’t a part of my story that hasn’t involved the equine industry. I grew up on a small breeding farm and was in 4-H throughout my entire childhood. I have also actively shown horses my whole life. I am now a young professional in the equine industry, showing horses in dressage and jumpers while breeding a few warmblood foals each year. I obtained a bachelor’s degree in animal science from Iowa State University in 2016, which furthered my education and passion for the animal health industry, and specifically the equine space. I love to use my industry knowledge and science background to help our customers and this has allowed me to establish personal relationships. I’ve been told by our customers that having staff who are well educated in their fields has been a huge part of what keeps them with GVL.”

From GVL Customer Success Manager Christian Hempen:

“Connie’s experiences, knowledge, and background allow her to give invaluable insights for our customers. The value and experience that she brings to our customers is second to none, and we are excited to have her as a crucial member of the team.”
