It appears that our customers are back in action after the pandemic as June was one of the busiest months our Customer Success team has ever seen. We are gearing up for another great month here in July.

Our team is always quick to answer any questions you may have!

 

Common questions we’re hearing

Q: “I made a mistake on my certificate I already signed. Can I go back and edit the document?”

A: Once a certificate is signed it is a federal document and cannot be edited. You can void the certificate in the system and re-create the certificate with the updated information.

Q: “How do I void a certificate?”

A: To void a certificate you will do the following steps:

  • Copy or write down the certificate number
  • Go to the “Records” tab located on the left side of the screen
  • Click ‘Certificates”
  • Click ‘Void Certificate” in the top right corner
  • Enter in the required information
    Click “Void”
