Webinar To Address New FDA Rules On Antibiotics

On December 11, 2013, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced important steps outlining the use of antibiotics in food animals. The FDA is now announcing their effort to help clarify this ruling. The Department of Animal Sciences at the University of Illinois will be hosting a webinar to address the new rules on January 28th, and will cover what the new rules do and don’t mean to the livestock industry, and how producers and others should respond.
