About GVL: GlobalVetLINK was built on a vision to replace an antiquated paper-based animal health regulatory process with an official digital animal health regulatory software system; one that would be accessible via the Internet in real-time. Since 2001, GVL has been providing online applications to enable practitioners, state authorities, diagnostic laboratories and other health officials to build, access, and monitor animal movement records with ease and efficiency.

Job Summary: GlobalVetLINK is seeking a motivated, creative student who has a passion for User Experience (UX). You will collaborate closely with our Product and Development Teams. You will utilize your attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and passion for customer experience to contribute to the success of our product set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create sketches, wireframes, user flow diagrams and usability scenarios to communicate designs, drive decisions, and reach consensus across multiple projects
  • Create and modify screen mockups as needed
  • Assist with organization, documentation, and communication of requirements
  • Work directly with developers to ensure designs are implemented as effective user experiences
