My experience with GlobalVetLink was 10/10. The Concierge Service Team was extremely helpful, communicative, and so kind! As someone who works in customer success, I have high standards for the customer service industry, and I cannot say enough good things about them. When things were coming down to the wire due to travel changes, they stayed calm and took ownership of making sure that George and I could travel. The team communicated directly with BarkAIR and followed up with me when needed to make sure they got everything they needed for our trip. Taking a dog to the UK is extremely stressful, and they made it so much easier; George and I would not be getting on our flight without them!
