1. Submit a Request
   Complete and submit the online Pet Travel Concierge Service (PTCS) Request Form to tell us about your client’s upcoming international pet travel plans.
   Note: By submitting the form, your request will be placed in our queue. PTCS fees will be invoiced during the billing cycle following your order's acceptance.

2. Request Review 
   Our team will review your request and contact you once we're ready to begin working on your order. Requests are assigned based on team availability, destination requirements, and travel timeline.

3. Next Steps & Cost Breakdown
   Once assigned, your Pet Travel Consultant will reach out with:

   1. Next steps

   2. A travel timeline overview

   3. A cost breakdown for your order

4. Approval & Project Start
   After you review and approve the timeline and cost, our team will begin processing your order. This includes gathering necessary records, creating a travel preparation timeline, and preparing required documentation.

5. Certificate Preparation
   You’ll receive prefilled international health certificate(s) prior to your patient’s appointment(s), ready for finalization and submission to the USDA through VEHCS.

6. USDA Submission & Monitoring
   Our team will handle all tracking and monitoring of the USDA endorsement process on your behalf.

7. Endorsed Certificate Delivery
   Once endorsed, the completed certificates will be emailed to you (and the pet owner, if requested). They will also be available in your VEHCS account.

Billing Reminder:

Your clinic will be invoiced for all PTCS services during the billing cycle following your order's acceptance. This includes all support provided, from records review and timeline creation to certificate preparation and USDA endorsement monitoring.
